TraderGrade is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders track their performance, maintain discipline, and improve their process. The Service includes features for:

• Importing and logging trades
• Tracking trading accounts and performance
• Daily reviews and process grading
• Streaks and habit tracking
• Community features and prop firm information

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

• Post only truthful information

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

The TraderGrade platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by TraderGrade and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any trading decisions you make based on information in the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERGRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
