1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and TraderGrade.com. By creating an account, accessing TraderGrade, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you purchase a paid subscription, the Billing Terms also apply.
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and located in the United States to create an account under these launch terms. If you use TraderGrade for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. What TraderGrade provides
TraderGrade helps you document and review trading preparation, execution, risk management, habits, and reflection. Features may include Report Cards, grades, ratings, streaks, calendars, journals, reviews, imported trade records, screenshots, coaching tools, and optional public records.
TraderGrade grades the process information available to it. Grades, ratings, streaks, observations, and coaching output are product feedback—not certifications, audited records, guarantees, or statements about future performance.
3. Not financial, investment, or brokerage advice
TraderGrade is an educational, journaling, and process-review service. It is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, exchange, prop firm, or tax or legal adviser. We do not place trades, hold customer funds, recommend securities or contracts, or guarantee eligibility, funding, payouts, profitability, or risk limits.
Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all trading capital and, in some circumstances, more than the amount initially deposited. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision, order, position, rule, account, and loss. Read our Trading Risk Disclosure and verify broker, exchange, prop-firm, tax, and regulatory information with the relevant source or a qualified professional.
4. Your account and record
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect your password, magic links, devices, and other credentials.
- Use only accounts, screenshots, files, and data you are authorized to use.
- Review imported or generated information for accuracy before relying on it.
- Notify us promptly at support@tradergrade.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the trading plans, answers, notes, screenshots, imports, messages, and other content you submit. You give TraderGrade.com a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate TraderGrade, produce features you request, use bounded content-free product signals, and comply with law.
Operational Coach processing is not permission to reuse raw private content for research, human evaluation, or model training. We will not use raw private notes, method prose, Report Card answers, Coach conversations, Coach-linked comments, or focus text for those purposes unless a separate, versioned notice explains the exact scope and you affirmatively opt in. That optional choice is not required for Challenge, Coach, or paid access. TraderGrade does not currently maintain a raw Coach-conversation research or training corpus.
You are responsible for your content and must not upload confidential information belonging to someone else, broker credentials, payment-card data, malware, unlawfully obtained records, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its security controls.
- Do not attempt to discover grading weights, manipulate ratings, falsify verification, impersonate another person, or gain access to another user’s record.
- Do not use TraderGrade to break a law, facilitate fraud or market abuse, distribute malicious code, harass others, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Do not resell access or use automated systems against the service unless we have agreed in writing.
7. AI features and public profiles
AI-assisted features can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable output. They do not replace your judgment or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.
When you deliberately invoke an externally processed Coach feature, the relevant content and context described in the Privacy Policy may be sent to the provider route identified in the product. Routed and direct model processing are distinct routes with different retention boundaries. A no-prompt-training request is not a promise of Zero Data Retention. Optional research or training reuse requires a separate choice and is not part of merely sending a Coach request.
Profiles and records are private unless an available sharing control is deliberately enabled. If you publish a record, you are responsible for the information you choose to expose. Public links may be copied, captured, or indexed outside our control even after you later disable sharing.
8. The 10 Report Card Challenge
Every eligible account starts on the Free plan without providing a payment method. Free includes a one-time 10 Report Card Challenge. Creating an account, accepting an invitation, or completing setup does not start the Challenge clock. Your first valid, on-time completed Daily Report Card is day 1. The Challenge ends after the 10th valid completion or at the end of the 30th calendar day beginning with day 1, whichever happens first.
Valid traded and no-trade Report Cards count equally; choosing not to trade does not count as a violation. Late historical backfills remain part of Free but do not start or advance the Challenge. The Challenge includes up to three successful Coach exchanges for each completed Report Card. Provider failures do not consume an exchange.
After the Challenge ends, a non-subscriber’s account and complete history remain accessible, and account export and deletion remain available. Adding or editing Report Cards, Prep, Journal entries, and evidence images requires an active Pro subscription. You may finish unused Coach exchanges earned by completed Challenge Report Cards through the original Challenge deadline; afterward, that Coach history remains readable. Pro is optional, available through a separate checkout at any time, and never starts automatically.
This launch offer is separate from any optional Trading Plan Challenge you create inside TraderGrade to practice selected rules. Those self-directed practice records do not change launch-offer eligibility.
9. Beta features and service availability
During beta or an invitation-only period, features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. We may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability, security, cost, or other users. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature, integration, or historical result will remain unchanged.
We may correct data or product errors that affect integrity while preserving the distinction between trader-authored records and system-generated results. Planned maintenance, provider failures, market-data changes, and events outside our control may interrupt the service.
10. Paid services
Free, Challenge, and paid features may differ. Before any charge, checkout will show the plan, price, billing interval, renewal terms, trial terms if any, taxes, and how to cancel. Paid subscriptions are governed by our Billing Terms.
A Free, beta, or Challenge account does not automatically become paid. You must complete a separate paid checkout before billing can begin.
11. TraderGrade property
TraderGrade, its visual design, software, scoring systems, grading methodology, templates, text, trademarks, and other service materials are owned by TraderGrade.com or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer our intellectual property.
General product feedback may be used to improve TraderGrade without restriction or compensation. Private Coach-linked comments, messages, focus text, and the rest of your trading record are not general product feedback and are not reused for research, human evaluation, or model training without the separate optional permission described above.
12. Suspension, cancellation, and account deletion
You may stop using TraderGrade at any time and may request verified account deletion. Deletion is currently completed through a supervised support process and is subject to the retention, provider, backup, billing, and legal boundaries described in the Privacy Policy. Paid-subscription cancellation follows the Billing Terms. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material Terms violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, payment obligations, and dispute-related provisions—continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderGrade is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderGrade.com will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; trading losses; lost profits; lost opportunities; or losses caused by decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice before material changes take effect. Continuing to use TraderGrade after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@tradergrade.com.
